Gary Cuchural

Gary joined MIT in 2021. He has served as in-house counsel to several pharmaceutical and medical device companies, focusing on a wide array of agreements related to clinical research and development efforts. Gary was also counsel to the National Institutes of Health where he worked on pre-clinical and research agreements such as cooperative research and development agreements, MTAs, NDAs and technology licenses. Gary holds a BS in biological Sciences from the University of Vermont, and a JD from the Vermont Law School.
