What We Do 

The Hermes Team, previously known as the NDA/DUA/MTA Team, helps draft, review, negotiate and execute research-related agreements, primarily for the exchange of confidential information, data and materials. We manage a high volume of contracts, varying in complexity, and work closely with other MIT offices such as the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Technology Licensing Office (TLO), and Information Systems & Technology (IS&T). The Hermes Team also provide guidance and support with subject matter expertise to our colleagues in OSATT Core and Research Administration Services (RAS).
