Anna Voronova

Anna joined MIT in 2011 as the associate director of research, MIT Skoltech Initiative, and was later a program officer at MIT-Broad Foundry and research collaboration manager at the Leaders for Global Operations program; she became a Catalyst in 2023. Prior to MIT, Anna worked in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry focusing on drug discovery and development. Since 2007 Anna has served as a mentor at the MIT Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation. Anna holds a PhD in biology from the University of California at San Diego and the Salk Institute. She received her postdoctoral training at the MIT Department of Biology and the Whitehead Institute.
